ನಿರಾತಂಕ ಸ್ವಯಂ ಸೇವಾ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಯು ಜನಸೇವೆಯನ್ನು ಮಾಡುವ ಮೂಲ ಉದ್ದೇಶದಿಂದ 2007ರಲ್ಲಿ ಸ್ಥಾಪಿತವಾಗಿದ್ದು, ವಿವಿಧ ಸಾಮಾಜಿಕ ಸೇವಾ ಕಾರ್ಯಗಳನ್ನು ನಡೆಸುತ್ತಿದೆ. ಈ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಯು ಆದಾಯ ತೆರಿಗೆ ಕಾಯಿದೆ, 80G ಅಡಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಮಾನ್ಯತೆಯನ್ನು ಮತ್ತು ಸಿಎಸ್‌ಆರ್ ಚಟುವಟಿಕೆಗಳನ್ನು ಕೈಗೊಳ್ಳಲು ಅನುಮೋದನೆಯನ್ನು ಪಡೆದುಕೊಂಡಿದೆ. ಕಳೆದ 15 ವರ್ಷಗಳಿಂದ ಶೈಕ್ಷಣಿಕ, ಆರೋಗ್ಯ, ಯುವಜನತೆ ಹಾಗೂ ಔದ್ಯೋಗಿಕ ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರದಲ್ಲಿ ಸೇವೆಯನ್ನು ಸಮಾಜಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ನೀಡುತ್ತಿದೆ. ಈಗಾಗಲೇ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕದಾದ್ಯಂತ ತನ್ನದೇ ಆದ ಜಾಲಬಂಧವನ್ನು ಹೊಂದಿದ್ದು, ಇದರಲ್ಲಿ ಅನೇಕ ಮಾನವ ಸಂಪನ್ಮೂಲ ಮತ್ತು ಸಮಾಜಕಾರ್ಯ ಹಿರಿಯ ವೃತ್ತಿಪರರು, ವಕೀಲರು, ವೈದ್ಯರು, ಬರಹಗಾರರು, ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು, ಉದ್ಯೋಗಿಗಳು, ವ್ಯಾಪಾರಸ್ಥರು, ಸಮಾಜಸೇವಕರು, ಚಿಂತಕರು ಹಾಗೂ ಇನ್ನಿತರ ಸ್ವಯಂಸೇವಕರು ನಿರಾತಂಕದೊಂದಿಗೆ ಉತ್ತಮ ಒಡನಾಟವನ್ನು ಹೊಂದಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
ನಿರಾತಂಕ ಸ್ವಯಂ ಸೇವಾ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆ ತನ್ನ ನೂತನ ಕಛೇರಿಯನ್ನು ಉಲ್ಲಾಳು ವಾರ್ಡ್ನಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರಾರಂಭಿಸಿದೆ. ಈ ಮೂಲಕ ಉಲ್ಲಾಳು ವಾರ್ಡಿನ ಸ್ಥಳೀಯ ಜನರನ್ನು ಒಂದೇ ವೇದಿಕೆಯಡಿ ತರಲು `ನಿರಾತಂಕ ನಾಗರೀಕರ ವೇದಿಕೆ' ಎಂಬ ಪ್ರತ್ಯೇಕ ವಾಟ್ಸ್ಅಪ್ ಗುಂಪು ಮತ್ತು ಚಾನೆಲ್ ಅನ್ನು ರಚಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ.
