M.H. Ramesha is an ordinary young man with extraordinary commitment to social work. He completed MSW (Human Resources) from Bangalore University in 2004. In about ten years, his contribution to Human Resources is outstanding. 

He started Niruta Publications which is primarily a publisher of Social Work books, HR books perhaps the only such publishing company in India. In less than a decade, Niruta has published more than 125 books in English and Kannada. The books are marketed by Amazon.in and other distributors.

Mr. Mahadeva Swamy M is a Senior Manager at Niruta Publications with a wealth of experience in the publication field. He completed his Master of Arts in Sociology from Bangalore University in 2010, which has provided him with a deep understanding of human behavior and social dynamics.

As a Senior Manager at Niruta Publications, Mr. Mahadeva Swamy has been responsible for overseeing a variety of projects, including book launches, marketing campaigns, and distribution efforts.

Mr. Mahadeva Swamy's expertise in marketing and promoting books has been instrumental in the success of many of Niruta Publications' projects. He has a deep understanding of the market for various types of books and is skilled at developing and implementing effective marketing strategies.

Graphic Designer
Mr. Shivakumar A is a highly skilled Graphic Designer with extensive experience in book layout designing, graphic designing, and proficiency in various design software, such as Coreldraw, Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign, Pagemaker, and MS Office. He has been associated with Niruta Publications for the last 10 years and has played a pivotal role in the success of the company's publications. Mr. Shivakumar's ability to understand the client's requirements and create designs that effectively communicate the message has made him an invaluable asset to the organization. He has a keen eye for detail, a creative approach to design, and is always striving for perfection in his work. Mr. Shivakumar's years of experience in the field of graphic design have helped him stay updated with the latest trends and best practices, enabling him to deliver high-quality designs that exceed the client's expectations.
