ಉತ್ತರ: ಅಂದರೆ, ವೇತನ ಮಿತಿಯನ್ನು ಮೀರಿದ ತಕ್ಷಣವೇ ನೌಕರ ವಿಮಾದಾರರು ಇ.ಎಸ್.ಐ ವ್ಯಾಪ್ತಿಯಿಂದ ಹೊರಗೆ ಉಳಿಯುತ್ತಾರೆ ಎಂಬುದು ನಿಮ್ಮ ಅನಿಸಿಕೆ. ಅದು ಹಾಗಲ್ಲ. ಇ.ಎಸ್.ಐ ಕಾನೂನಿನಂತೆ ವಂತಿಗೆ ಅವಧಿಯನ್ನು ವರ್ಷವೊಂದರಲ್ಲಿ ಎರಡು ಭಾಗವಾಗಿ ವಿಂಗಡಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಏಪ್ರಿಲ್‌ನಿಂದ ಸೆಪ್ಟೆಂಬರ್ ಹಾಗೂ ಅಕ್ಟೋಬರ್‌ನಿಂದ ಮಾರ್ಚ್. ವಿಷಯ ಹೀಗಿರುವಾಗ ವಂತಿಗೆಯ ಅವಧಿಯ ಮಧ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ವೇತನವು ಹೆಚ್ಚಾದರೂ ನೌಕರರು ಇ.ಎಸ್.ಐ ವ್ಯಾಪ್ತಿಯಿಂದ ಹೊರಗೆ ಉಳಿಯಲಾರರು. ವಂತಿಗೆಯ ಅವಧಿಯು ಮುಗಿಯುವವರೆಗೆ ಅವರು ಮುಂದುವರೆಯುತ್ತಾರೆ. ಅಷ್ಟೇ ಏಕೆ, ಹೆಚ್ಚಾದ ಮೊತ್ತಕ್ಕೂ ವಂತಿಗೆಯನ್ನು ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಬೇಕಾಗುತ್ತದೆ. ಉದಾಹರಣೆಗೆ: ವಂತಿಗೆಯ ಅವಧಿ ಏಪ್ರಿಲ್‌ನಿಂದ ಸೆಪ್ಟೆಂಬರ್ ಮಧ್ಯೆ ಜೂನ್ ತಿಂಗಳಿನಲ್ಲಿ ವೇತನ ವೃದ್ಧಿಯ ಪರಿಣಾಮವಾಗಿ ನೌಕರನೊಬ್ಬನ ವೇತನ ರೂಪಾಯಿ. 22000-00 ಆಗಿಬಿಟ್ಟರೆ, ವಂತಿಗೆಯನ್ನು 22000-00 ಕ್ಕೆ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಬೇಕು. ಅದಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ವೇತನ ಮಿತಿಯಾದ ರೂಪಾಯಿ. 22000-00 ಗೆ ಮಾಡಲಾಗದು ಎನ್ನುವುದನ್ನು ಪ್ರಮುಖವಾಗಿ ಇಲ್ಲಿ ಗಮನಿಸಬೇಕು. ಮುಂದೆ ವಂತಿಗೆಯ ಅವಧಿ ಮುಗಿಯುತ್ತಲೆ ಆಗಲೂ 21000-00 ಕ್ಕೆ ಹೆಚ್ಚಾಗಿದ್ದರೆ, ಅನಾಯಾಸವಾಗಿ ಅಂತಹ ವಿಮಾದಾರರು ವ್ಯಾಪ್ತಿಯಿಂದ ಹೊರಗೆ ಉಳಿಯುತ್ತಾರೆ.  ಲೇಖಕರು : ಶೇಖರ್ ಗಣಗಲೂರು ಪುಟ : 151 ಪರಿವಿಡಿ
